I think maybe the disappearance of the keyboard tab in SetPoint may be occurring after going into to Standby or Hibernation, but haven't confirmed that.Just to clarify, because I think I'm misunderstanding, in your Logitech settings, you have a set a Logitech button to run the keyboard action Alt-F5? And now you want to use Alt-F5 to preform "CMD+[" in BTT?īecause if so, why not just set the mouse button in your Logitech settings to run CMD+[ and skip BTT altogether? If you do not have SetPoint installed you can download it on our VX Nano Downloads Page. Open SetPoint (Start > Programs > Logitech > Mouse and Keyboard > Mouse and Keyboard Settings). Select the My Mouse tab at the top of the window and click the Mouse Movement tab on the left (as shown below). Start > Programs > Logitech > Mouse and Keyboard > Mouse and Keyboard Settings. Open SetPoint (Start > Programs > Logitech > Mouse and Keyboard > Mouse and Keyboard Settings). Launch the Logitech SetPoint mouse and keyboard software. I think I this may be an unsolvable problem. Change the pointer speed and customize your cursor. If not that, then it must be a conflict with some other app. I believe this may be due to a conflict between that version of SetPoint and Norton Anti-Virus. I have downloaded and tried using the latest version but can't use it because the mouse freezes immediately after startup. I'm using the version of SetPoint that came with the LX500 package. Click the My Mouse tab at the top of the SetPoint Settings window. I can tell this has happened without opening SetPoint because the functionality of Enhanced Keys disappears in other words, the keyboard is acting the same as it would without having SetPoint installed. You can adjust the pointer speed and click or tap gestures using the Logitech SetPoint mouse and keyboard software. Start > Programs > Logitech > Mouse and Keyboard > Mouse and Keyboard Settings.
